The Elite StrikerFit program is a combination of endurance, strength training and dynamic flexibility utilizing authentic Krav Maga techniques. While it includes all the cool moves, punches and kicks of Krav Maga, the focus is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Our Elite StrikerFit program includes:
- Kickboxing
- Cardio Conditioning
- Body Sculpting
- Core strength building
- Boosting energy
- Taking out stress and aggression
- Burning up to 1100 calories in an hour.
